SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES : One of the main contemporary issues worldwide is to achieve sustainable peace wherein people of different cultures are at peace with one another. In such a situation, it is expected that Islam, as the last and perfect divine religion, will provide solutions for various issues and problems that are in the way of human life, and this article was written with this purpose. METHOD AND FINDING : In this qualitative research, which is a type of exploratory study, the religion of Islam strives not only to correct the apparent behavior of human beings towards each other; but also looks at the problem at its core and provides a solution for them. In other words, the model lays the foundation for Islamic culture that manifests peaceful coexistence in human action and is in line with the ultimate human goal. The Islamic model of peaceful coexistence among human beings uses the traditional categorization of Islamic teachings of theology (worldview), jurisprudential (the dos and don'ts), and ethics (the paramount of human potentials), that these elements are interconnected. In such a way that the model firstly refines the self and then the society. CONCLUSION : The results show that the Islamic model has the ability to lay the foundations of peaceful coexistence among human beings.

Key words of humanitarianism and altruism can be seen as a big step towards human excellence, after the love of essence and self-protection. This issue is not only unsuccessful without humans, but also useless in understanding society, ethics, and mysticism. Understanding this matter in the view of the foundations of Quranic anthropology means loving humans on the path of humanity, compassion and empathy towards other people, and, in other words, not being confined to the rule of "We have honored the children of Adam." In essence, the Islamic Revolution has also been based on this Quranic pattern. Khomeini, who was knowledgeable in various fields such as theology, wisdom, jurisprudence, and mysticism, not only upheld it, but also based the revolution's strategies and, as a result, the domestic and foreign policies of the Islamic system on it, and offered political mysticism comprehensively to the world. The present study, emphasizing the ideas of Imam Khomeini, aim to evaluate the theoretical foundations of this lofty human virtue, and its applications; and its emphasis is on how the Islamic philosophical and mystical foundations have emerged in governance and political representation, and how reviving them can help human beings reach their maximum potential in terms of intelligence and morality, and assist a diverse range of individuals in their journey towards the proximity of God.

In foreign policy, imperatives refer to the factors and conditions that compel a country to act in specific ways or make particular decisions in the international arena. One significant category of imperatives in foreign policy, particularly for Islamic societies, is jurisprudential imperatives—the fundamental principles, rules, and values derived from Islamic law to guide international relations.According to the Holy Quran and Islamic narrations, Islam provides the sole path for humanity to attain true happiness, both worldly and eternal, on individual and societal levels. To achieve this ideal goal within an Islamic society, the foreign policy actions of an Islamic state must align with imperatives rooted in Islamic law. These imperatives are informed by core Islamic objectives such as the pursuit of justice, peace, preservation of human dignity, and the promotion of the public interest.This research, using a descriptive-analytical method and utilizing reliable jurisprudential sources, considering the issues affecting Islamic countries , identifies and explains the most important jurisprudential imperatives of foreign policy that have a special impact on the numerous and important foreign policy choices of countries in facing contemporary challenges.Within this framework, the study identifies key jurisprudential imperatives for foreign policy, including adherence to principles such as the fulfilment of the obligation, reciprocity, peaceful coexistence, caution in dealing with adversaries, rejection of domination, invitation , and the rules of capability and expediency. The findings underscore that Islamic jurisprudence offers vital solutions to contemporary challenges in international relations, strengthening the effectiveness of Islamic systems on the global stage.
