طراحی الگوی توسعه سطح قهرمانی ورزش اسکیت در ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی توسعه سطح قهرمانی ورزش اسکیت در ایران است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از منظر ماهیت داده ها، از نوع کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد اشتراوس و کوربین (2008)، از منظر روش گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از منظر هدف، بنیادی بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه های عمیق هدفمند با 25 نفر از مدیران ورزشی (دارای حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریتی مرتبط با اسکیت)، مربیان و ورزشکاران (دارای حداقل 5 سال سابقه فعالیت حرفه ای یا نیمه حرفه ای اسکیت) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی ابزار مصاحبه با استفاده از نظر متخصصان(4 پژوهشگر خبره) و پایایی از طریق کد گذاری مجدد مورد تایید قرار گرفت(87/0=α). در نهایت پس از 25 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل و داده ها از طریق سه مرحله کدگذاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و الگوی نهایی تدوین شد. یافته ها نشان داد دو مفهوم «ارزشمندی» و « فراموش شدگی» به عنوان پدیده مرکزی و2 مقوله «عوامل سازمان محور» و «عوامل شغل محور» در قالب شرایط علی نقش آفرینی می کنند. عواملی که موجب پیدایش مقوله مرکزی یعنی «فراموش شدگی»، «ارزشمندی» می شوند عبارت اند از: عوامل سازمان محور و عوامل شغل محور. پس مسئولان امر با توجه به شرایط مداخله گر، عوامل سیستمی و شرایط بستر شامل میزان وابستگی، حمایت دولتی و رهبری استثنایی، دو نوع کنش و واکنش با عنوان واکنش های راهبردی شامل حرفه ای سازی و جلب حمایت و واکنش های مرسومی شامل توسعه ناپایدار در پیش رو خواهند داشت که پیامد توسل به این راهبردها منجر به اثربخشی تولید و یا بن بست انگاری در سطح قهرمانی اسکیت خواهد شد.Designing a development model for the championship level of figure skating in Iran.
The research is to design a model for the development of championship level of figure skating in Iran. The research method was from the qualitative type of foundational data theory with the approach of Strauss and Corbin (2008), from the perspective of the descriptive-survey data collection method and the perspective of the fundamental goal. To collec the data, targeted in-depth interviews with 25 sports managers (with at least 5 years of managerial experience related to skating), coaches, and athletes (with at least 5 years of professional or semi-professional skating experience) were used. The content validity of the interview tool was confirmed by experts (4 expert researchers) and reliability were confirmed through recoding (α=0/87). Finally, after 25 interviews, th theoretical saturation was reached and the results and the data were analyzed through three stages of coding. The final model was compiled, with the two concepts of "value" and "forgetfulness" as the central phenomenon and 2 categories "organization-oriented factors" and "job-oriented factors" were introduced in the form of causal conditions. Therefore, according to the results, the factors that cause the emergence of the central category of "forgetting", and "value" are: organization-oriented factors and job-oriented factors, and in this regard, the officials, according to the intervening conditions, systemic factors, and background conditions, including the degree of dependence, government support, and exceptional leadership; There will be two types of actions and reactions under the title of strategic reactions including professionalization and gaining support and conventional reactions including unsustainable development. The result of resorting to these strategies will lead to production effectiveness or deadlock at the level of the skating championship.
