بررسی فقهی حقوقی کارکرد افلام خلاعیه (پورنو) در درمان جنسی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
یکی از علوم نوپدید در زمان معاصر، علم «سکسولوژی» است که به درمان اختلال های جنسی افراد می پردازد. از جمله شیوه ها و راهکارهای درمانی که برخی از متخصّصان این رشته برای حلّ نابسامانی های جنسی، تقویت مهارت های زناشویی و استحکام زندگی مشترک توصیه می کنند، تماشای تصاویر و فیلم های خُلاعی (پورنو) است. در این صورت است که تماشای فیلم های پورنو جنبه جدیدی پیدا کرده و به عنوان راهکاری درمانی در سکس تراپی به رسمیّت شناخته می شود. با توجه به ضرورت پژوهش پیرامون دیدگاه شارع و قانونگذار در زمینه نگاه کردن به افلام خُلاعیه و درمان اختلال های جنسی به وسیله آن - به ویژه در مواردی که درمان به تماشای این تصاویر و فیلم ها محدود باشد - این جستار تلاش می کند تا با روشی توصیفی - تحلیلی و با تمسّک به ادله معتبر فقهی حقوقی و مراجعه به آیات و احادیث، حکم مسأله مذکور را استنباط نماید. نتیجه آن که با استتناد به مذاق شریعت، بعید نیست بتوانیم - ضمن تأکید برحرمت نگاه کردن به فیلم های پورنو - تنها در فرض اضطرار و انحصار درمان، تماشای فیلم های مذکور را در حدّ ضرورت تجویز نمائیم.Jurisprudential-legal examination of the function of porn movies in sexual therapy; Relying on verses and hadiths
One of the emerging sciences in contemporary times is the science of "Sexology", which deals with the treatment of people's sexual disorders. Among the therapeutic methods and solutions that some experts in this field recommend to solve sexual problems, strengthen marital skills and strengthen joint life, is watching pornographic images and movies. It is in this case that watching porn movies has a new aspect and is recognized as a therapeutic solution in sex therapy. Considering the necessity of research on the point of view of Shariah and the legislator in the field of watching pornographic films and treating sexual disorders with it - especially in cases where the treatment of sexual disorders is limited to watching these images and films - this essay tries to use an analytical method- Descriptive and by insisting on valid jurisprudential legal evidence and referring to verses and hadiths to infer the ruling of the said issue. As a result, relying on the taste of Sharia, it is not unlikely that we can - while emphasizing the sanctity of watching porn movies - prescribe watching the said movies as necessary, only in the assumption of emergency and exclusive treatment.
