Measuring the importance of satisfaction indicators of urban parks: the opinions of citizens and experts (A qualitative research)

Landscapes and urban green spaces, especially urban parks, are considered to be the most important urban spaces, and it is important to pay attention to these places in order to increase the quality of life of citizens. Based on this, the aim of this research is to rank the importance of satisfaction indicators of urban parks according to the opinion of citizens and experts. Library sources, field observation and structured interviews and Excel and Atlas ti software were used to obtain the data required for the research, and the obtained data were analyzed using the structural analysis method and in the Atlas ti qualitative software. In this way, the data from the interview was entered into the software, and after coding the data and determining their relationship with each other, the final model was extracted from the software. the results showed that the indicator of the presence of suitable greenery is the most important, and the presence of suitable health uses and the existence of a ski resort are the least important indicators in satisfaction with urban parks. In general, it can be said that paying attention to the soft landscape, various play equipment and walking paths can increase the level of satisfaction with urban parks.سنجش اهمیت شاخص های رضایت مندی از پارک های شهری: نظرات شهروندان و کارشناسان (یک پژوهش کیفی)
مناظر و فضاهای سبز شهری، به ویژه پارک های شهری، از مهم ترین فضاهای شهری محسوب می شوند و توجه به این مکان ها در جهت افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهروندان، امری مهم است. بر این اساس، هدف از این پژوهش، رتبه بندی اهمیت شاخص های رضایت مندی از پارک های شهری بر اساس نظر شهروندان و کارشناسان است. برای دستیابی به داده های مورد نیاز پژوهش، از منابع کتابخانه ای، مشاهده میدانی و مصاحبه های ساختاریافته و نرم افزارهای Excel و Atlas ti استفاده شد و داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری و در نرم افزار کیفی Atlas ti تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. به این ترتیب، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه وارد نرم افزار شد و پس از کدگذاری داده ها و تعیین ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر، مدل نهایی از نرم افزار استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص وجود فضای سبز مناسب، مهم ترین و وجود کاربری های بهداشتی مناسب و وجود پیست اسکی، کم اهمیت ترین شاخص ها در رضایت مندی از پارک های شهری هستند. به طورکلی، می توان گفت که توجه به منظر نرم، تجهیزات بازی متنوع و مسیرهای پیاده روی می تواند سطح رضایت مندی از پارک های شهری را افزایش دهد.
