راهبردهای اولویت دار بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد: تلفیق رویکرد آمایش سرزمینی و ماتریس QSPM (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
از آنجا که شناخت تفاوت های منطقه ای و مطالعه ساختارها و عوامل مؤثر بر ورزش به منظور رسیدن به توسعه پایدار اجتناب ناپذیر است، لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین راهبردهای اولویت دار بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با رویکرد تلفیقی آمایش سرزمینی و ماتریس QSPM بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بودند. نمونه گیری با استفاده از دو روش نمونه گیری نظری و گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری (204 نفر) ادامه پیدا کرد. ابزار پژوهش، چک لیست محقق ساخته بود که در آن از پاسخ دهندگان خواسته شد عوامل مرتبط با رویکرد آمایش سرزمینی در ورزش شهرستان وضعیت موجود ورزش را فهرست کنند، ضمن اینکه با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی ارائه مدل به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گرفت و بخشی از اطلاعات به دست آمده در محیط نرم افزار Arc – GIS و ماتریس های راهبردی از جمله QSPM تحلیل شد. یافته ها نشان داد توزیع غیرمتوازنی از زیرساخت های سخت افزاری و انسان افزاری ورزشی در پهنه بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد وجود دارد. مهم ترین اهداف کلان سند ارتقای نگرش آمایشی در سیاست گذاری ها و ارتقای همگرایی و هماهنگی بین بخشی در بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد می باشد. ایجاد و تعمیق نگرش آمایشی برای برقراری توازن در عوامل آمایشی، هم افزایی هر چه بهتر فعالیت های ورزشی می تواند به عنوان مهم ترین راهبرد های بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در نظر گرفته شود. به طورکلی ایجاد و تعمیق نگرش آمایشی برای برقراری توازن در عوامل آمایشی، هم افزایی هر چه بهتر فعالیت های ورزشی می تواند به عنوان مهم ترین راهبرد های بخش ورزش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در نظر گرفته شود.Priority Strategies of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector: Combining the Land use Planning Approach and QSPM Matrix
Since recognizing regional differences and studying the structures and factors affecting sports in order to achieve sustainable development is inevitable, the study is to develop priority strategies of the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector with a combined approach to land use planning and QSPM matrix.The statistical population was the experts of the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector. Using two methods of theoretical and snowball sampling, the sampling was continued until theoretical saturation (205 people).The research tool was a researcher-made checklist in which respondents were askedto list factors related to landuse planing in the city and current state of sport, while using the GIS, the model was presented in a descriptive-analytical method and part of the information obtained in a soft environment. Arc - GIS software and strategic matrices including QSPM were analyzed.
The findings showed that there is an unbalanced distribution of sports hardware and human infrastructure in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector. The main goals of the document are to promote the attitude of beauty in policy-making and to promote convergence and inter-sectorial coordination in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector. Creating and deepening the cosmetic attitude to balance the cosmetic factors, the synergy of sports activities can be considered as the most important strategies of the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports Sector.
